Classical Guitar Technique from the Masters by James Hunley, Los Angeles Classical Guitar Teacher | Continuation of nails and Right Hand movment, Questions call james at 323 447-8517 | Performance anxiety | Gilbert Guitars | James Hunley Los Angeles guitar teachers | Manuel Velazquez and Pepe Romero |  So you want to buy a classical guitar in Spain | Los Angeles Classical Guitar teachers | Left hand technique KIND

On these pages you will find the agreed upon ideas taught by Aguado,Sor,Carcassi, Tarrega, my dear friend Pepe Romero and many other contemporary schools of guitar. I have borrowed, stolen, overheard and researched these techniques over the last 30 years of studying and put them to the test for 19 years of my own concertizing.
I will give away many secrets that I was not told and even "OUT"some performance secrets that you will not find in any books.
I now play from a greater peace in my music and focus on helping students and performers to get beyound limitations of thought and hand. I send my deepest thoughts of peace and my meditation is that you will find joy in your music and send that joy to everyone you meet.

In return for any knowledge you may get from these pages  my only  request  is that you perform one act of random kindness.

PEPE ROMERO ON THE RIGHT HAND

ALL FINGERS SHOULD HAVE THE SAME CURVATURE AND THE FINGER TIPS SHOULD BE EVEN ON THE STRINGS (WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF FLESH AND NAIL CONTACTING EACH STRING)!
"In playing, the motion of plucking the strings
Should be all in the fingers not in the arm or palm!
The right hand should not bounce with the movements
Of the fingers nor should the hand be moved up or away from the string during the fingers strokes by lifting the forearm or moving the wrist"

Relxation after each movement is the ultimate salvation of your facility

Tarrega and left hand (parallel left hand {Metacarpo/main knuckle} joint))
The left hand moves diagonally to the body and parallel the neck and to the strings. This position should NEVER be altered, nor should useless strain and contractions be allowed to impede its elasticity.
